      They pay well , that's about it.

      Cons

      If you're not Canadian don't bother working at LVS in the states. Culture is a cult like atmosphere. There are lots of 'cliques' internally.

      Pros

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Cons

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
