Advancement is based on how well liked an employee is Aloung with the fun young culture comes a high school like mentality Culture at LongView is very different than most client cultures Some technical resources experience rapid career growth - if they are lucky (a boarder breadth of experience) Some members of management are very effective others are not but if they are well liked nothing is done If you are not well liked but still do a good job your career growth is limited They will not give you a raise if you are doing a good job, you need to demand one
