      Pros

      Good Christmas Parties, thats about it.

      Cons

      Allows internal and client toxicity to affect peoples growth. They will always find a reason to get you off a client, even if its the clients fault, and make you feel like the scum that failed. This even includes reporting racist remarks the client had made about other contractors.

      Pros

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Cons

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
