Pros

- Employees first mentality. - Quarterly employee life / job reviews to find how the job helps you. - Good for those looking to accelerate career. - Frequent reviews of performance to consider advancement.

Cons

- Focuses on 'competitive salaries of your position' but still feels like low balling. (Focus on your wage negotiation skills) - HR can be slow to assist many times - Good bit of confusion between it's Canada and US branches - Expect constant momentum in the career, don't get too comfortable

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
