      Cons

      Very poor work life balance. Average compensation. Unreasonable amount of uncompensated work hours No standardized training for new employees.

      Pros

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Cons

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
