Great opportunities to get additional training, interested in developing people, a really interesting career life planning process, and a goal to become the "most loved" by clients AND employees.

Cons

Working in consulting means balancing your technical delivery with client management and communication. Make sure you are up for the additional challenge.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
