Pros

-Lower-level leadership staff are great -Always dealing with current technologies -Tons of diversity and inclusion initiatives -A very strong sense of their core values and culture

Cons

-Raises do not keep up with the cost of living. Very low raises have been offered for the last few years to technical staff while executives give themselves large raises to show their average raise is keeping up with inflation. -Executives are completely out of touch with their staff, particularly IGS -Forced return to office is a terrible idea, especially for an IT company -Time tracking for IGS staff is a nightmare and creates a ridiculous amount of stress on staff. As does on-call expectations -IGS is so overworked and burning out, there's a reason most staff aren't retained for longer than a few years in IGS

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
