Pros

Interesting work, good people, good clients

Cons

The CEO has begun forcing all staff to return to the office. Do not join this company. Remote work is no longer an option across all Long View offices.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Long View. We’re happy to hear that you enjoy the interesting work that we’re able to provide, and that you enjoy working with the great people we have here at Long View; as well as our great clients! Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are, however, disappointed to hear your thoughts around remote work offerings at Long View, and we’d also like to correct a few things in your statement as it is not entirely 100% accurate. The majority of our roles will be hybrid with time spent with our clients and partners moving forward. This specific group of people will be leveraging our great spaces to drop in and out for team meetings, and to collaborate with team members. It is true that 30% of our roles will be coming back to the office in a hybrid capacity – three days per week, with the flexibility of having two days where they can work from home. It appears your role might fall into that category. We'd be happy to work with you to understand what barriers might precent you from joining us in our great office spaces three days per week. Sincerely, Brent Allison CEO

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
