Pros

As with many companies, there are some great people.

Cons

Incentive pay is a sham, no one can give you a straight answer on how its calculated. If you challenge the norm you get blacklisted very quickly, only the "chosen" few succeed. Annual pay increase are decided by the branch management behind closed doors and yes it's a popularity contest and not based the quality or quantity of work you did throughout the year. The head office is filled with clones. Reviews on this site are monitored and when a negative review is written other positive ones are written to falsely maintain the review rating. Imagine what the true rating would be... In short... I did not experience the "no regrets career" and I didn't see many who did.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
