Pros

Good culture and people. Company puts an effort into being fair and promoting equality. Has many employee resource groups that educate, support, and encourage Employees to have a healthy environment to work in. Decent benefits and support network.

Cons

Some internal politics gets in a way. Not the best pay in the industry but not the worst either. Even though the company encourages internal promotions and internal employee growth, it is sometimes overshadowed by lack of resources and/or opportunities, and management's decisions to keep their staff where they are as they are too valuable to lose.

Thank you for leaving us a detailed review and for your commitment with Long View. I am happy to hear you have had a great experience and have felt supported throughout your tenure with us. We’re glad you have enjoyed and found our Employee Resource Group discussions educational and informative. We want to acknowledge your concerns around internal promotions as this is something that we want to ensure every employee has an opportunity to seek and fulfill. Our Career Life Planning (CLP) process is a great way to have discussions around your future career aspirations and provide any feedback for improvement. We encourage you to invite other Leaders to your next CLP session to share some of that feedback as well as reaching out to our EVP, People Service, Tasha Engel.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
