Pros

Flexible work hours, lots of opportunity for professional growth, ability to telecommute (depending on the position, this may be more or less applicable to each specific case), compensation in line with market rates, career-life planning process helps define goals and stay on track, enlightened senior management with long term focus and open door policy

Cons

Work-life balance is not always there. Focus on billable hours can hurt quality and internal collaboration. In some cases the internal processes are not strong enough to support smooth operations.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
