People are nice. They give you freedom to work. Work from home possibility. Good Salary and benefits. Nice office and perks.

Cons

They sell Services that they do not know how to implement. Lack of transparency and support from Management. Too many Managers

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
