I would like to hear more about your experience with weak leadership to know how we can improve on that and without knowing which leadership individual or team you are referring to, it's hard for me to do anything to help. We are always striving to make things better and with specific details on your experience, you can help make that happen. I do love a good PowerPoint deck as a way to share our communications, but we definitely try to use all of the various communication streams available.
