Pros

People outside of management can be good to work with. Try to offer training services to all employees

Cons

Management will turn anything you say against you Leadership is a bit of a boys club, While the company promotes "people first" style thinking in all their trainings and meetings the company also took a stance that if people didn't want to return to office then they would be "acceptable losses"

Hi there, Brent Allison here. As the CEO I take your comments and advice seriously. If you are willing, I'd love to connect with you to get clarity on some of your comments. In particular in what pockets you may have observed or felt challenges on the go to market side. I'm really proud of our track record on gender diversity and the great women who are thriving here. We aren't perfect and can do more and four great women report to me on our nine person executive team and our board has similar ratios. I want all of our great women to have a voice and cool career paths. Please let me know if we can connect.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
