They take vast majority of your paycheck, pretend to be 'employee focused' yet barely remember anything about you. Upper management is an absolute joke. I have been constantly stood up on meetings, yet they continue to pretend that they care so much about you while they waste your time and leech your earnings. Benefits are minimal - You aren't even covered for glasses. Work that should be dealt with by accounting and the client managers is forced on to the team leads. For a tech company, they have the most broken tech I have ever seen. Their citrix page hardly works, and is plagued with bugs even at the best of times. This is largely due to the fact that all of the most competent employees are sent offsite to clients so they can bill for your time. Longview placed me at a client site that I am very fond of, however I was forced to sign a non compete clause stating that I can't work directly for the client for a period of time, so I am stuck working at the site under longview. Overall, working for longview has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in my professional career.
