Pros

Great benefits and training opportunities. What was initially a negative with a dropping of hours has turned out to be a positive. Its providing me paid time to focus on training to move into a better role.

Cons

Have had HORRIBLE experience caused by Poor communication from upper management in regards to changing of clients I was supporting. Im editing this review because folks have reached out to me about my terrible experience and helped provide some clarification. While I am still only appearing to work 8 hours for a client, I am still getting paid my full salary which means my life isn't thrown up in the air

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
