Thank you for raising your concerns and we would encourage you to look to your team lead to discuss growth opportunities within our Service Desk team and look out for new opportunities on our internal jobs site. We are committed to ensuring there is a balance to support Service Desk team members with their expenses, such as the current hybrid schedule. We also do our best to provide the recommended documentation, keeping in mind we need to fit with specific client requirements.
