Pros

Some very talented people work here.

Cons

Claims to be all about work/life balance but isn't. Currently still laying off staff as most of their business is in OIl and gas. Frequently engage in Business that They have no idea how to implement. Most projects have little profit and they have blown a few projects due to arrogance, no policies or procedure and oversite.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
