Unfortunately that results in a lot of short-cuts... an example being pushing a Schedule II drug script thru even if the patient is red-flagged as an abuser of said medication. The reason being, if a Pharmacist does not push it through, the pharmacy risks "negative reviews" which then impact the Pharmacist's job/bonus. So they end up pushing thru meds that shouldn't be because of Long's customer satisfaction system.
