Improper nursing procedures - Staff RN Longview Regional Medical Center Employee Review

I am an RN. I was actually a patient on 2nd floor. The charge nurse and primary nurse actually falsified my medical records at least 6 times on my Blood Pressure readings that were at stroke level. I know this because he physician asked me about the readings. The same 2 nurses sent me to another department in a urine soaked gown not allowing me to change before leaving. I had asked them for 3 days to correct the time of my medication to prevent it
