Large company and opportunity to move to different departments and learn. Good benefits and PTO plans. Fun environment/teams to work with.

Cons

Terrible pay bands for all employees and never got an annual increase over 1.5%. That never covered the cost of the insurance going up.

Management has no idea what it’s like to be a nurse and has unrealistic expectations.
