Benefits are decent. Managers are caring.

Cons

Inadequate hours. Somewhat disorganized when it came to keeping up with charts. Became too crowded on certain days which left patients frustrated and the RN's in pre-op had to deal with added pressure becuase of it.

Good pay for part time employees. Full time pay is more than other hospitals in the area.

Cons

Management has no idea what it’s like to be a nurse and has unrealistic expectations.
