It is never boring. - The opportunities to move horizontally are amazing, - There are a ton of great people here. - Even if you work odd hours, management is mostly flexible and understanding to let you come in late or leave early. For the most part, if you do your job and do it well, the hours can be flexed.
Cons
- Fast paced. - Depending on your exact role, you are in a customer service position. That can be difficult at times - Odd hours, no pay for on call time. You are on call ~4-5 weeks out of the year. Calls can range between 0 to 15 hours per week depending on operations or issues that arise. - The Portsmouth location lags in benefits, compensation, and effort in employee retention compared to other pharma companies because of its location and status as the largest pharma employer in the NH area.
