- OK health insurance - vacation accrual is good after a few years - location - yearly bonuses have been pretty good lately - most of the people are nice and hardworking - has great potential

- many employees are not really valued - benefits were once quite good but have been getting worse lately - very cliquey - sexist environment, women have mentoring programs, men do not. - advancement opportunity is poor unless you are 'in' with management - employee review process is confusing and inflexible - corporate completely out of touch with employees - irrational expectations - pay is well below industry average for region - raises are minimal - management holds grudges - very understaffed in most departments - high attrition rate - reactionary, not proactive - lacks the desire or conviction to embrace a positive, rewarding culture
