Pros
Company values of safety, company profits through customer service, listening to the clients/customers' concerns, really listening, and molding the products and services based on what is gleaned from their input makes LONZA up there with the best of them. Great leadership because of communication, transparency.
Cons
I have to think very hard to come up with any cons, as I come here from 17 years in another profession (which I shall not mention), that gives me such an amazing sense of appreciation for the professionalism, courtesy, growth, change, opportunity for learning, great training, support and resources available to us. A challenge my be the half hour lunch; I would really appreciate having the flexibility to take an hour lunch if I needed to, and it not be an issue.
