An amazing team, with leadership that embodies transparency, integrity, and respect that trickles down into every aspect of the company. Great work-life balance, and the company culture supports top-notch talent that produces high quality work, but also recognizes that our lives are not centered around work and leaves room for your personal life. The company is remote first which gives everyone a lot of flexibility.
Cons
The remote-ness of the team makes it hard to see your coworkers very often, and everyone gets along so well that we do actually wish we could all spend more time together in person every now and then. Honestly... I think this is the only con I can come up with. This team is fantastic.
