Treated well initially, but faced cruel termination - Anonymous employee Loop-Loc Employee Review

Fired after taking 2 days off while a close friend was dying in the hospital. Got a termination phone call while walking out of hospital with dead friends family. Sad that management who promotes family and work/ life balance would react that way. Afterwards they have given bad information regarding work performance to reference calls.
