Room for improvement - Anonymous employee Lorien Health Services Employee Review

The pay is okay but raises are hard to come by. Management has a lot of room for improvement, always understaffed. Mangers don't appreciate the work you do or understand how hard the job is (or doesn't care). Administration always nit picking all little things, doesn't care how hard you work only sees you on your break. Lunch breaks are not an option.
