      We want to do what is right. That means taking the extra time to do the extra step that makes the difference. So, high expectations.

      Work is tough. We come in to work hard. High expectations can be tough on some people, but our residents and their loved ones deserve it.

      Supporting and mentoring admin. And management. Residents are mostly friendly and cooperative. Location is good, standing inside a suburban, and retirement town, near essential stores, and access roads.
