      It's a smaller facility which makes it nice. All of the staff is friendly and typically helpful if you have a question.

      Cons

      They are always short staffed. The pay is lower than other places nearby. They use a lot of agency employees so there isn't a lot of consistency.

      Supporting and mentoring admin. And management. Residents are mostly friendly and cooperative. Location is good, standing inside a suburban, and retirement town, near essential stores, and access roads.
