Some of the employees and residents were very nice and worked hard

Pay is low, benefits are horrible, the administrator does not support the staff, “supervisors” allowed to do nothing and then demoralize employees if they make any mistakes, no appreciation or recognition for actual work getting done, no attempts to improve unpleasant culture
