A job. Steady pay. Employees can be bery nice Close to DC. Has a lot of farmland. Getting a metro soon is building everyday. Lots of restraunts.

Cons

Worst benefits. Keep taking away benefits horrible multipler for retirement. No motivation to stay here. Traffic is horrible. No change in infrastructure. People are arrogant
