Pros
Employee discount, and great products
Cons
Upper Managment cut resources to stores every year but keep increasing headcount at the executive level. HR plays favorites and the company tends to protect people who are damaging the brand. Really high turnover because they offer no real training at store level. The person in charge of recruiting will only help the people that they like. If you are an internal they more often go external instead of developing and promoting within. CEO is a great guy, but he is not the one running the company, unfortunately he is just the "face" of the brand now. This could be a wonderful place to work if they staffed stores appropriately and stopped asking sales associates to open and close the stores alone. Training on how to sell is missing, we are only trained on how to talk about the products. We do an employee survey every year and they never address issues at the DM and RD level when they receive feedback about how awful some of them are. Don't think HR is a safe space here because it's not! If you talk to them about concerns all of a sudden you are the problem.
