Pros
The product is ok as far as quality. It used to be made much better in years past but the quality has gone rapidly downhill as of late.
Cons
This company had so much potential at one time but now is a complete and utter mess. They have no money to keep core products in stock and make us lie to customers about it. The problem with all of this is the founder Shawn. He is too busy being a media junkie and taking his endless selfies. He lives being the center of attention. He says he cares about his Lovesac family so much (that is why raises are between .10 - .25 cents an hour if you get one at all, meanwhile he posts endlessly about all his trips here and there. It's funny when an honest negative review pops up on Glassdoor you'll see three or four good ones within a week. Yes, he pads this site with positive ones since he doesn't want anyone to know how dysfunctional this company really is . All most people see is a joke!
