Pros
The salary of managers and ASMs are good. They are trying to be better for the environment. Honestly there's not that many Pros.
Cons
Where do I even begin...When you first come to Lovesac they really sell it to you, saying that it is a fun, exciting, and it's a fly by the seat of your pants company to work for. Soon you'll realize that you've drank the cool aid and later you're dealing with angry customers because items are out of stock, employees are mad about getting $.10 raises, you are understaffed because they have huge employee turnover, and managers are being overworked and undervalued. I don't know how many times I've heard that they are going to turn this business around, but yet nothing has really changed. If you've been in business for over 20 years and still haven't gotten it right, how about just stepping down and sell your business. God knows you can't do it, if it's taken this long. They don't listen to their employees, their training is sorely lacking, and upper management is disappointing. I can't tell you how many sexual harassment cases that I've heard about or seen, but yet none of it has been addressed. They get a nice slap on the wrist and then forget about it, leaving employees feeling unsafe and justly fearful of retribution. HR is laughable, they break confidentiality constantly and they are useless in dealing with any serious issues.
