Pros

The product is great. Coworkers are great, not counting management.

Cons

Upper management and certain teams have a better experience than entry and mid level employees. The sarcasm that comes from some higher level employees is astounding. The HR Management, people that are supposed to be there for you, to hear your concerns, is are so unapproachable that you have to ask around to see what their moods are like that day. Sound travels greatly, so many conversations are overheard. The HR people, other than the manager are out in the open for anyone to hear a conversation, or to peer onto the papers on their desks. Some people only see sunshine and rainbows, because they are in the right department or are higher up the food chain. The employees leave HQ as fast as they come in. If they know what is good for their career they leave quick, and don't look back. The Creative Team left one by one and is now a brand new team, good luck to them. Accounting is mainly all new, IT as well. I could keep going but I won't.

Pros

Great pto and great product. Good work life balance

Cons

This is one of the most toxic environments I’ve experienced. Morale is extremely low, leadership operates through fear and favoritism, and employees are treated as disposable. The company proudly promotes its core values, yet leadership and HR consistently fail to embody them in practice. HR exists to protect the company, not its people. If management decides they want you gone, they will find or manufacture a reason to justify it. Critical thinking, honest feedback, and challenging the status quo are discouraged. The only way to survive is to stay quiet, act like a robot, never question decisions, and color strictly within the lines they draw.
