Pros
Some of the people you work with. Other than that, nothing else.
Cons
The favoritism, upper management (DM) would only visit stores that were in her state and even when we lost a manager and had no staff, she still did not see visit our location to see how we were doing. They don't care about their employees, and believe everyone is easily replaceable. A LOT OF BAD HIRES ESPECIALLY STORE MANAGERS. Shawn get it together! You are promoting an environmentally friendly product then THROWING out product that could easily be recycled. Such a shame. They entire company does not practice what it preaches. Not with product or it's employees. Such a horrible experience at this company with racism as well. CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS! High turnover, they can't keep anyone due to micromanagement and crappy attitudes. No opportunities to advance. Even if there is an open position, they would prefer to hire from the outside to offer as little money as possible. Work life balance. is non-existent. Even when you are on vacation, they are calling/emailing/texting. The customer service department there is a joke and they only make things worse. Constantly have to push product and oversell because we need to "spend as much money as possible because it isn't our wallet". AND THEN NOT HAVING THE PRODUCT! The worse part was having to call customers to let them know their couch was backordered 10-12 weeks. Do not work here. Save yourself the grief.
