Numbers, numbers, numbers - Anonymous Lovesac Employee Review

Pros

Small company feel, everyone knows everyone, somewhat flexible hours. Amazing product, unmatched by any other furniture company.

Cons

All they care about are the numbers you bring in lately. And you are required to make many "outreach" calls to bring in sales. Basically telemarketing each day to people who have been in the store. Business would be better without the logistics issues and constant backorders that cause people to cancel furniture orders. No retirement plan.

Great pto and great product. Good work life balance

Cons

This is one of the most toxic environments I’ve experienced. Morale is extremely low, leadership operates through fear and favoritism, and employees are treated as disposable. The company proudly promotes its core values, yet leadership and HR consistently fail to embody them in practice. HR exists to protect the company, not its people. If management decides they want you gone, they will find or manufacture a reason to justify it. Critical thinking, honest feedback, and challenging the status quo are discouraged. The only way to survive is to stay quiet, act like a robot, never question decisions, and color strictly within the lines they draw.
