Pros

The product and programs are thoroughly researched.

Cons

The impossible pace of a toxic startup with the non-existent career path of an old rotting corporation whose leadership was chosen long before you. You’ll be asked to give everything to them, and get a new flavor of kombucha in return. They’ll get you so hyped up on their “mission” you’ll think you’re working for a non-profit. They’ll scream of record profits at all hands, 10x what they imagined they’d sell, then look you in the eyes and tell you they can’t give you a years promised raise. CEO’s are painfully lost and the vibe is condescension. While the brand appears as a rainbow of colors their true color is a bright red flag waved by the former employees who’ve learned the hard way not to trust them. If you’re fortunate enough to have multiple offers, please choose any other. Under no circumstances should you relocate for them.

Pros

it was a fairly decent and pretty easy job, just don't ever get attached to it and just know you could be let go at any time and you'll be fine!

Cons

literally constant layoffs and anxiety that is palpable for everyone. Like I said, if you are able to accept that there's a pretty good chance you'll eventually (very randomly) be let go one day, you'll have an okay time there!
