Pros
- Opportunity to learn and grow with an early-stage startup - High caliber of talent throughout the organization to learn from and collaborate with - Options to give everyone a stake in the game and ownership over the success of the company - Passion for the mission to be of service to parents and families (as also reflected in the company's benefits and perks to employees that are family oriented).
Cons
- Same growing pains as with any startup: work/life balance (though employees who've done their research and commit to join will know this is a high growth start-up, so cannot expect to coast through a job)
