Pros
Lovevery is an exciting place to work because of their core mission (who wouldn't want to help parents and kids?) and also their fast growth, both in terms of sales and expansion of product lines. Leadership doesn't always take the easy path, instead investing deeply in quality, sustainability, and inclusion. I feel like my ideas are valued, and I also like the way my team works with other teams in the organization. Each day, I face new challenges brought on by the company's big goals, but I generally enjoy the process of addressing them and moving forward. I'm excited to have stock options in Lovevery too. For me, it's always better to have a stake in the outcome. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Lovevery's products. I'm not on the product team, but I'm still very proud of what we're putting out there. And my kids love them!
Cons
No real downsides, but it's important to understand that it is a rapidly growing company with a culture of rolling up sleeves and getting the job done together.
