Pros

High standards; flexible; higher-ups always willing to listen to a good idea; everyone works hard and consistently contributes their best; products are thoughtful and beautiful; consistent and fair feedback; management great about expressing appreciation and giving credit for strong work; slackers and whiners don't tend to last long

Cons

Pace can leave you a little bit breathless, hours can be pretty long around deadlines, and the expectations get higher every time you meet them

Pros

it was a fairly decent and pretty easy job, just don't ever get attached to it and just know you could be let go at any time and you'll be fine!

Cons

literally constant layoffs and anxiety that is palpable for everyone. Like I said, if you are able to accept that there's a pretty good chance you'll eventually (very randomly) be let go one day, you'll have an okay time there!
