Pros
Paycheck and good bonus potential. Ability for someone to move up without a degree. Not much travel. 10% discount for employees.
Cons
Store Managers have to know someone to move up as all training programs for Store Managers have been cancelled for over 2 years. Small raises compared to those given out in the store. Higher management has no idea what it takes to run a store and continues to layer on more to all levels of employees. Store Managers are managed to the weakest link. Meaning if a Store Manager can't figure something out then a policy comes out with 20 more checklists to ensure everyone else is doing it right.
