Pros
Lowe's is great if you need a job that'll give you rudimentary levels of experience, and provide you with some money for college or whatever. Typically, the stores stay in a constant state of flux, and it's rare that the same people will be there year in and year out.
Cons
Management in general have no idea how to run a store. There are so many different directives that come from so many different places, it's hard to get everything under control and put forth the best effort. One manager will give you a task, then another manager will come to you 10 minutes later to give you another task, and then a third manager would come along 10 minutes later with another task, and so on. Even if you're extremely efficient at your job, it's very difficult to accomplish things when there are no clear directions.
