Pros
They pay is decent for the area some nursing are nice but some are not so much. They do give you 40 hours a week they have a decent pay differential.
Cons
Supervisors and nurses talk nasty about patients at nurses station. When not wearing scrubs there's no respect for fellow employees when trying to get care for the patients and patients loved ones.
