Management is horrible. They favor certain employees over others and it definitely shows. Certain people get away with being very disrespectful to other employees and it is tolerated depending on who you are. It appears that hiring is mostly done by pulling random people in off the street and giving them the job. If you try to transfer, good luck! It's all a trap! They get you in the position and don't appreciate you when you are a good worker but also won't allow you to transfer.
