The hospital is small and your co-workers are great. The physician staff is also a pleasure to work with and love to teach.

management is more focused on bottom line concerns and not interested in retaining good staff.

A few nice people.

Worked 11 shifts. Chief nursing officer plays favorites. Terrible orientation. Coworkers not helpful.
