Thank you for your review and feedback. We strive to offer flexibility for our employees as well a compensation and benefits package that is benchmarked against industry. We utilize local, state and national compensation data in addition to industry specific data when reviewing compensation (ASE, TLMI and Service Leadership to a name a few). Providing affordable medical coverage has become increasingly challenging but we still contribute the lion’s share of coverage because we know it is an important benefit to our employees. We review our plans annually and benchmark our benefits against like companies to ensure we are offering plans that will provide our employees with coverages they need. In 2017, we launched a company match to our 401(k) Plan providing our employees with an extra incentive to save for their future. We recognize our employees are what makes us great and we continue to look at and improve our processes to provide feedback and a mutually beneficial environment.
