Pros
Lowry Solutions is a very accommodating company. They're always conscientious of their employees individual needs and go above and beyond to support them. During this very trying time of COVID-19 Lowry Solutions ensured that all qualifying employees enrolled in the CARES Act workshare program to help stay financially afloat. Other employees received a temporary 20% pay cut as an austerity measure to ensure no permanent job cuts were required to weather the storm and after just a few months Lowry made us whole again by returning all employees to 100% of their pre-COVID salaries. The company is a leader in the AIDC/IT sphere and goes the distance to ensure all of our customers get the same special family-like treatment that us employees have come to appreciate. Lowry is also a community leader that spearheads multiple programs to give back to society. This includes canned food drives, accredited internship programs, and monthly donates to charities.
Cons
Overall I am very pleased with Lowry and proud to be an employee of this company. That being said, if I had to list a con I would say that sometimes we hire for positions that require significate amounts of specialized knowledge and experience (with some positions requiring at least 6-12 months to get up to speed). This puts a lot of pressure on new hires and as a result if they're not progressing quickly enough the positions are terminated.
