Lowry is a family owned business with great leadership. Working for this company has been a pleasure. Each employee makes a difference and teamwork is the norm not the exception. During Covid Lowry has allowed most to work from home when they can. Safety of their employees is their number one goal. The culture here is hard to find in most companies. The can do attitude is the norm.. If you are not happy with your position with Lowry, then it must be vocalize to the manager. Management is there for each and every employee. Success depends on the individual as all the tools are given to succeed. Covid can have an affect on employees and can make working challenging. However with communication any situation can be adjusted.
